1958 Cadillac Eldorado

Description

Selling my 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Seville project car. It has a 365 ci V8 with Tri-Power. Odometer reads 55,049 miles, believed to be accurate as it seems the car was last registered in 1981.
This was a full frame-on restoration started by an old man who passed away after repainting the car, but before reassembly.
I hoped to complete it, but after a year I realized I just don’t have the time.
I had the center carburetor rebuilt and rigged it to run off of that one. It started but I couldn’t get to to idle or stay running very well - replacing the spark plugs, wire, coil, etc would probably help. The car is able to roll.

Car was originally Olympic White with black roof, but had a gorgeous "Persian Sand"-like paint job and appears extremely blemish and rust free overall. The only white I have seen is behind the trunk liner panels - he did a very thorough repaint.
It looks like moisture got to the front passenger floor (see photo) but still feels solid when poked with a screwdriver.
The chrome was supposedly redone too, but some pieces have since started to bubble. Windshield has an approximately 4” crack that has not spread. Interior needs replacing, but includes roll of NOS fabric.
Missing parts (as far as I can tell): windshield top exterior trim, drivers side quarter window lower trim, passenger door window, passenger vent window motor, both door topper trim, trunk and hood V, drivers door handle, 2 lower quarter hatch marks, lower rocker moldings, both drip rail moldings. Tri-power air cleaner is INCLUDED but not pictured.
Overall this is an awesome opportunity to get a beautiful car that will be a real show stopper with some love. The car has been described to the best of my abilities - I’m good but not an expert, so please see pictures, draw your own conclusions, or better yet inspect the car in person!  This car is LONG out of the DMV system - I can give you the pink slip from 1981, or can provide a Bill of Sale.
