Gateway classic cars of Nashville is proud to digitally present this 1999 Cadillac El Dorado Touring Coupe or ETC. the first thing to cross my mind when I looked this car over was someone really loves this car. Now while there is no such thing as a ten when it comes to paint but this one close. The red exterior has a bright sheen that looks 4 inches deep. The tan interior shows very little wear with just slight creases in the leather on the drivers outside bolsters. The crazy thing is when the door is opened all I smell is leather and new car smell and I don't mean the new car smell that comes in a bottle. It makes me wonder if this car has ever transported a happy meal or hot pizza, if so, there is no evidence of it! Powering this El Dorado is the 32 valve 4.6 liter V8 from Northstar. The transverse mounted V8 is connected to a 4 speed transaxle that makes cruising down the highway effortless and smooth. Now I am sure you have seen the photos of this car and I can tell you this is how the car was driven in. We did not spend hours cleaning it nor did the owner spend hundreds of dollars having it detailed. He simply just kept it this clean. You could have a picnic on the fenders using the engine as the table and not worry about getting the white linen table cloth dirty, too far? Options for this 1999 Cadillac Eldorado include: Air conditioning, AM/FM Cassette and CD player, Heated leather front seats, leather interior, Power steering and brakes, power luxury features like window, locks, mirrors and seats, ABS, Ride control, Keyless entry and so much more. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
