Another reason why we dislike salespeople in general. So many ads out there
CLAIMING to be high wattage and are FAR FROM IT. True, we can say
this is 2400 watts of power and NOT be lying outright, YET if you knew
what really matters as wattage, you would change the way you think and
HATE other sellers tactics just as much as we do! You want to know
what one of our REAL 2400 watt systems would cost? Few thousand more
WHY THIS SYSTEM? PRO'S AND CONS.
For many years, any karaoke system in the ,000.00 range was considered entry level at best
& we are referring our systems. Yet here we are many years later & you get more for your money these days!
We still classify this as Entry Level , yet the Internet has made it harder and harder for people to
truly compare apples properly as well as hyping up the product to make you think as if you spent enough
money to be a truly professional karaoke host. We understand that when so many others mislead, it is actually
not the best idea to fight it with total honesty. WHY? Because for every 1 customer that cares about the truth,
many others simply fall victim to a seller telling you what you WANTED to hear and NOT what you NEEDED.
We designed this system in order to combine "ROCK SOLID ENTRY LEVEL" with "BELLS N WHISTLES" such as carrying cases, speaker bags, etc. You could EASILY spend a lot less by taking out all the so called luxury items/bells n whistles. (We have other systems that reflect that) System is meant for people that LOVE being able to pack their wireless mics into a carrying case, or put your speakers into nice padded bags. & yet still keeping the system more simplistic as well. One thing to always remember is that all the added bells in whistles only make it awesome for transporting, presentation, professionalism. Yet those luxury items do not add actual quality to the system. Example of what we mean. Let's say you spend a couple hundred dollars on accessories. You could easily get rid of all that and apply that money toward a better mixer. Yet once again, the sole reason we designed the system this way was to really round
it out. Trust us, we wanted to add more, but it was impossible to squeeze more into this price range.

QUICK EDUCATION GUIDE?

Let's talk about a few things that we did with system and may have like to as well.
SPEAKERS:
These are Peavey's newest line with built in processors that allow you to change settings based upon type of show. Also allows you to change settings when
you space speakers out far from each other! In the Peavey lineup, these are just above their standard PV Series.
MIXER:
The mxer is super compact and fits perfect with the design of this system. Although for those that can increase their budget, we always suggest the next
step up. Give you an example; We just had a customer buy this same type of system and they originally wanted more features, yet their budget would not
allow them to buy everything. The most important feature they wanted was to be able to add another powered speaker to use as a stage monitor for the
singers! Nice difference when added. Yet it gets tricky when you buy the more compact mixer and then add later. So therefore, they opted to at least
upgrade the mixer to have a lot of options to expand later. Now don't get us wrong, tons of people are just fine with the little peavey powerhouse mixer
in this system.
ADDING A
SUBWOOFER?
If you are the type of person that is not going to use this for karaoke/small instrument use and wish to dj with this. Then you should be looking at another system
that is geared toward the use of a subwoofer. We will go over these things with you when you speak to us.
WATTAGE GAME
Through our experience. More than 90% of what we see from countless ads online is the OUTLANDISH WATTAGE RATINGS. Having to re-educate
the consumer because so many people stretch the truth to it's max just to catch your attention. EXAMPLE; If we wanted to play the same game, we
can rate this amp anywhere from 1200 watts to 2400 watts. YET we find that disgusting to EVER trick consumers like this. We have seen so
many karaoke amps on the market boasting 1,000-4000 watts of power that range from 0-400 and can tell you that it simply is NOT the
real story! NOT the REAL wattage in many cases.
The real wattage is what matters and DON'T let others fool you. You will NEVER see us advertise a REAL 1,000-4000 watt system unless you
see a price tag of THOUSANDS of dollars, it's that simple. Let's look at it this way. Let's say you have floor that is rated at 800lbs of weight it can hold.
And a 800lb man walks on it once and it does not break, Whooo, lucky guy! Then that same man walks over it a few time and he falls
through. Boy, did you see that coming! Now let's take a 150lb guy and have him run all over the floor, it never breaks. Even though
it said it will boast 800lbs of stress. It never told you what it really meant. That the real weight load was 150lbs for stressful usage. & the so called
800lbs was merely to tell you what it might handle for a millisecond of heavy usage. You see why we hate power ratings! See why we don't
even like being called salespeople when we generally hate what the sales world stands for!

We have done this our entire career when no one else would do it. Dating back to 1959 when our father did this for his customers!
MOST IMPORTANT: EVERYTHING we do is from the heart. EVERYTHING we do has been since DAY 1. Others may try to copy
us to keep up. YET the truth will always remain that our father started an electronics business in the 1950's and since the age of 5yrs. old,
I went on service calls with him. Was always amazed at my fathers unique way of treating his customers. It stayed with me my entire life.
My father is now almost 83yrs. old & still helps us with minor things as I feel the personal need to have him stay in touch with electronics.
Just as my fathers customers were BLOWN AWAY by the sheer worth of his heart, it naturally passed onto us!

only did they have a far from perfect record, they could never truly match the true meaning of it and too many customers

NO. Because not only do we have a reputation that 10 other companies combined could not touch. We literally do everything from the heart here!
We do so many extra things for our customer on a very deep personal level that CANNOT be measured. Example; Customer purchased a digital computer
from another vendor years ago and because they were not happy with the other seller, they found us and purchased one from us.
The digital unit they purchased elsewhere had no video. We told them to send it in to the manufacturer and we will pull all the strings
we could for them. Under normal circumstances, they would of had to pay 0 to get the video fixed. The owner of
our company spoke to the owner of the manufactured product and the customer ended up paying instead.
Or lets say well after the warranty you ship a product to the manufacturer (with our help of course). And they tell you it can't be fixed.
Do you know what the rest of the world would charge you for a new one? The same FULL PRICE you paid before. What do we do?
We pull strings and get you dead cost replacements. Example; We have a microphone that we sell for .99, yet our cost is only .
You would only pay OUR DEAD COST.
Or lets say you needed to send something in for repair and the manufacturer said it will be about 6-8 weeks. Believe us personally. We have had
our own gear in for repair with the nicest/most knowledgeable repair guy here locally and he even sometimes takes 3 months on occasions.
(this happens everywhere!). to get it fixed & returned. You know what the rest of the world does? They make you wait and they NEVER get involved,
they let the manufacturer take care of you. (which is never the best solution in most cases). What do we do? We turn into PIT BULLS
and do not let go of the manufacturer until we know your taken care of. We ALSO give you the option to pay dead cost and
borrow something while yours is in for repair. THIS IS ALL FROM THE HEART. We BOLDLY declare that we HATE
what America stands for these days when it comes to customer service! Equipment is massed produced, so we are not
trying to just sell you a piece of equipment. We are packaging our hearts and souls into the sale too.

Rates are ONLY for the main 48 U.S states. All others must choose proper ship rates for their state/country or inquire before bidding.

Please have your full address in order for us to check rates. PLUS we need to ensure you are picking the right auction. This is NOT just a
box pusher item. This is truly customize to fit the needs of certain customers. ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL. We want to save you money
ahead of time because once the process is started on custom systems, there is an automatic cancellation fees or restocking fees, loss of ship money, etc.
TRUST US, we do this from the HEART. In fact, did you know we NEVER email customers junk mail either! So you gotta know we take this very personal.
PROCESSING:
After payment is made. Please allow for 5-7 business days for smaller systems, 7-14 business
days for full custom systems. Even though we most often are faster, these rules are in place for a reason.
Please be fair and honor our terms.
NEED IT SOONER?
If you need something sooner than the clearly stated time frame for processing. You must contact us
before bidding. No exceptions. These are very fair rules to abide by and we are here to do what it takes to make
the customer happy. So please just ask us.
TRANSIT TIME:
After the processing time frame. Once item is shipped. Please allow for 2-5 business days within the main U.S states.
Allow 10-21 business days for many others. International, please inquire.

CANADA/INTERNATIONAL:
We have NO CONTROL over what your country charges you for duty/taxes/brokerage fees. This has nothing to do with our country.
The only way to get something to your country in less than the 10-21 business days is to ship it via UPS (we ship
USPS
international).
You must understand that UPS may be much faster, but they also charge additional brokerage fees. When you purchase from outside
your country, you risk the inherit nature of doing such business. You are responsible for all ship cost both ways for any returns under
any circumstances. We MUST have this rule in place or we could not risk doing business outside the country. PLEASE be fair.
PAYPAL SHIP ADDRESS:
You must have a confirmed ship address that matches your billing address. No exceptions.

has rules and we must abide by them
and cannot be held responsible if you do not have the proper ship address. If you are paying via credit card thru paypal, call your credit
card and add a ship address to it before paying just in case the billing does not match the shipping.
NEED BY A CERTAIN DATE OR CLOSE TO A HOLIDAY?
If you need something sooner than the auctions set guidelines. PLEASE just communicate with us. We actually do care
about helping people. It starts with you clearly letting us know what you need BEFORE you bid on our products.
WHAT IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING FOR AN EXCHANGE?
(Main U.S only) In the event there are any problems. Please personally speak to us up front. We are not like your average seller.
We care deeply about what we do. So please approach us in a very fair manner and let's see what we can do to help you. There
are many cases where you can ship back a defective product and receive a replacement. The replacement will be shipped regular
ground. If you were buying this for a certain function and need it expedited, you will need to pay the ship charges to do this. This is
a more than reasonable request as all product purchased should never hinge upon a deadline you set to use it. We have no control
over when we might run into a defective product, nor did we build the product. We will help within reason, that's our promise.
PRODUCT IS NOT UP TO YOUR STANDARDS?
It is human nature to have a million different personalities and levels of tolerance. EVERYTHING we sell is a bang for the buck. We
will ALWAYS give you your monies worth. Our record/reputation clearly shows that where there may be one customer that claims a
product is awful. There are many others that think just the opposite. When dealing with a company who truly cares about customers.
It will NEVER be a question of the quality, but rather simply a situation where you needed to spend more money on something that is
of the quality you seek. We truly do post items at prices that are fair for their level of quality. We NEVER want a customer to be unhappy.
Yet we do hope that the consumer is at least fair in dealing with us. If we cannot reach a solution to help you. We will make case by case
exceptions in allowing someone to return a product for a partial refund. What does a partial refund mean? This simply means that you will
lose the money spent to ship the product to you and the cost to ship it back to us. This is more than fair because if you are going to take business
away from a local store in your area just because internet prices are cheaper, you must also understand the inherit risk involved in doing so.
This is more than a fair practice in business. Remember, we have families to feed too. We cannot allow someone to return something and pay
for shipping.. Because in all fairness to us. It is not right for you to basically have all reward an no risk. Even when you return something and
we refund you. We still lost money in the advertisement/time/etc. We accepted that risk.
WHAT DOES FREE SHIPPING MEAN?
Free shipping is never really free. Let's say you win an auction that has free shipping and you return it to exchange it for something else.
The actual credit you receive will only be for the value of the product, not to include the amount we paid to originally ship it to you.
This is true for the rare case by case refunds as well.
WHAT IF YOU HAVE A PO BOX OR APO/FPO ADDRESS?
With the exception of items outside the main U.S and/or packages that weigh under 1lb. We typically always ship UPS. If you do not have a
physical address listed, please either choose the proper ship method or inquire before you bid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TIME FRAME IN WHICH YOU PAY FOR PRODUCT?
Most often, eBay expects consumers to pay for product once they have won the item. In the event that you do not pay for product right away,
PLEASE at least make contact with us so that we know to be here for you. We do not mind if you need time, communication is the only stipulation
to this. In the event that you do not pay nor communicate, we will be forced to open an unpaid item dispute with ebay. This does not imply we
are upset, but rather that we must recoup the fees that ebay charged us. Please note that when you bid on our product, it cost us money no matter
what. If you do not pay for item under any circumstances, you are automatically giving permission to us to have
eBay remove any feedback left for us.
MUST HAVE CONFIRMED SHIP ADDRESS THROUGH PAYPAL
Paypal has a set of rules that we must follow. Customer is responsible for having a confirmed ship address through paypal. This means whatever
form of payment you are using, you must have product shipped to the billing address. Or simply add that shipping address to your ebay/paypal acct.
before paying. Paying with a credit card thru paypal.. Simply contact your credit card company to add any additional ship address you wish to use.
These measures are in place for a good reason. Please understand that even though you may not be dishonest nor involved in a fraudulent purchase.
Please try and understand that there are millions of online scams a year. If you believe this to be true, then please do not be upset with us in the rare
event that paypal says payment is not eligible for protection.
WHAT DOES X AMOUNT OF BUSINESS DAYS MEAN?
If our ads states that there is a certain amount of business days after payment for processing, etc. This simply means that if you made a payment on a
Tuesday at 2pm. Your first business day would start on that Wednesday. Business days are considered days in which are normal business hours. Holidays,
weekends, special calender events DO NOT count as a business day.
So if you bought something on a Monday and it has a 5 business day
window to process. That would mean the deadline to ship the product out would be that Friday or following Monday (Example)
Purchasing our products is a legally binding agreement in which you must understand and accept our auction terms. We take
many risk by selling product below regular retail store prices and expect that consumers understand the risk involved in doing
such business as well. New product most often comes with a 30day exchange program if you have any problems. Clearance
