Spielo CPU ****Unknown Condition**** SOLD AS IS

Description

I have a Spielo CPU that has been sitting on my shelf for some time now.  I do not know if it works or not so it is being sold AS IS.  I do not have a way to test.  Both video cards are included.  Selling at a low price, and even if it doesn't work, it could be an easy fix.
Payment:
If my auction/listing does not specify immediate payment, please pay within 48 hours.  If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled, UNLESS you have made other arrangements with me.
Returns:
Returns will ONLY be accepted if there was a misrepresentation in my listing, IE not as described, etc.  Please read my listing from top to bottom, and make sure you understand what you are bidding/buying.  It is your responsibility to read and understand AS IS, or NOT TESTED, NEEDS REPAIRS.  If for some reason a return must happen, please contact me and I will assign you an RMA number.  This number needs to be written on the outside of the box.  Send item back to me, (at your expense, not mine).  Once the package is received and material has been inspected, you will then be refunded your money.  NO MONEY will be refunded until I get my material back.  Thank You for understanding.  As with every Ebay seller my #1 goal is to make the transaction right, and to make my customers happy.
Shipping:
I usually offer just FEDEX, or UPS.  Occasionally I will have First Class or Priority Mail.  Either way I like to ship lightning fast, usually the same day if time allows.  Keep in mind with shipping, once I drop package off at said location, I am no longer responsible for the package, the carrier is.  If you need extra insurance on the package let me know and I will add that to the shipping.  If your package is lost  or damaged during transit, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier, and give them the tracking # provided and file the claim. Please refrain from negative remarks saying it took to long to get your package, etc.  We has sellers have 0 control over what happens to that package when dropped off at said location.  Thank You for understanding.  I want nothing more than you to get your package in a timely manner.
